Dr. Jeffrey Spiegel has received almost every major award available to Facial Plastic Surgeons including the Honor Award from the Triological Society, the prestigious F. Mark Rafaty Award and the Sir Harold Del Gillies Award from the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery for outstanding contributions to the field, as well as the Honor and Board of Governors Awards from the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. His creativity is evident in his many surgical innovations and he even holds a United States patent. Dr. Spiegel’s patients rave about his compassionate, friendly, and confident manner.
Dr. Spiegel received his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Michigan where he served as president of the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society and was chosen as the medical school commencement speaker at his graduation.
He completed his internship in General Surgery, followed by residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at the University of California, San Francisco. His advanced training in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and Microsurgery, was done through Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Spiegel is a Full Professor and the Chief of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Boston University School of Medicine. With dozens of award winning research projects, scientific papers, articles, and book chapters, Dr. Spiegel continues to innovate and advance the field of facial plastic surgery.

An award-winning plastic surgeon performing thousands of surgery procedures every year in the Blackhawk Surgery Center, Stephen J. Ronan MD FACS, has been named one of the Top Plastic Surgeons in America by the nation’s leading providers of information on doctors. He was also voted Best in The Bay, and one of the Top 3 Hair Restoration Surgeons in America 2015, by Aesthetic Everything Beauty Network, a panel of industry leaders and fellow surgeons.
Dr. Ronan is a trainer and educator for Galderma Laboratories, Allergan, Suneva Medical, Cutera, Medicis Pharmaceuticals, Kythera Biopharmaceuticals and Thermi Aesthetics, training other doctors on how to perform various aesthetic procedures.
He is also a regular contributor to HintMD.com, ObesityHealth.com, MyNewExpert.com and RealSelf.com. He serves as the medical director of the Cutera Clinic, the clinical research center for Cutera, a leading medical laser manufacturer.
Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, he scored in the 99th percentile on his Plastic Surgery In-service Exam. Dr. Ronan is a member of multiple professional organizations and is the founder of the American Society of Hair Restoration.

Chief Financial Officer
Erik Schneider is an accomplished executive with a proven track record of applying financial rigor to drive corporate development and strategic initiatives. He has consistently demonstrated his ability to deliver results and propel businesses to new heights.
Collaborating closely with operational teams and private equity stakeholders, in both public and private companies, he has orchestrated strategic acquisitions that have significantly improved operating and financial metrics, to deploy more than half a billion dollars in capital.
Most recently, Erik built and executed the corporate development process for a leading banking software provider, was instrumental in taking that company public and subsequently built the investor relations team.
